Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CalzaFino. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

Returns Accepted Within 15 Days of Delivery:

  • You can return your order within 15 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Returns initiated after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that sales are final on the following items:

  • Hats & Caps
  • Dresses
  • Underwear
  • Clearance Items

These items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Conditions for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Please ensure the items are free from any signs of wear or damage.

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 15-day return period.
  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the items and any necessary forms or documentation.
  • We will issue a pre-paid return label, but the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee.
  • For purchases with free shipping, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges plus a restocking fee.
  • You can estimate the return shipping cost during the checkout process by adding the product to your cart and heading to checkout. There, you'll see the different shipping options available other than the free one.
  • As soon as we receive and process the return, we will email a confirmation to the email address provided on the original order. If you don't receive the email after 10 days the return is shipped back, please contact us.
  • Please note that damaged items during transportation do not qualify for return. It is the customer's responsibility to initiate the claim with the carrier.

Exchange Policy:

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges for purchases. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund following our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
